Dating back to 1933, the "Joseph Buegeleisen Co." in 1933 were specialists in motorcycle accessories and saddlebags. In 1947, they launched "Buco", a full apparel line with the slogan: “Motorcycle jackets, gloves, caps, belts and bags all cut and sewn by life long craftsmen dedicated to the task at hand”. The Real McCoy's purchased the Buco license and continues to produce goods that live up the original standard.

This long sleeve thermal features original Buco graphics on the front and arms. With a reproduced custom print that McCoy's apply by hand at their Kobe HQ, this is absolutely A Buco Product. Unlike most thermal shirts, this uses a three-dimensional raschel knit, which creates extra loft and warmth compared to a simple waffle knit.

The resulting garment is substantial, and can be worn alone as a sweatshirt. The neck binding is a matching cotton rib, and the seams all feature vintage-style flatlock stitching. The hem features a vintage overlock stitch, perfect for wearing tucked in, but totally normal to wear untucked as well.

Fit is very slim and long. Go with your true size to wear as a thermal undershirt, size up one to wear alone. Wash cold and dry flat.
